Our Prague branch looking for Senior Process Consultant.

As Senior Process Consultant will be managing a team providing leading & support functions to Wunderman Thompson operations.

You will be is responsible for designing, planning, implementing and maintaining business process and operation within Wunderman Thompson ownership of all related documentation, reports and business performance. You will be also constantly looking into process/operations optimization by applying various process optimization methods (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).

You can and will be also included in new business/process onboarding’s being responsible for as-is analysis of current processes, transition management and designing of process flow and operations model after the transition. Also, You will be support operations by designing and documenting “how things are done” to ensure high quality scalable and repeatable results. The role also includes regular training and precise handover once the operations are stable and launched.

Responsibilities:

  • Transition and onboarding project management and handover to the pre-prepared org structure.
  • Design and develop process flow charts, process describing documents, operation models and supporting workflows in JIRA or other WorkFlow tools.
  • Proactive communication to manager in case of any development that could lead to issues with successful projects delivery.
  • Design of the reporting structure and operational/business reports.

Interact with top management, co-workers, superiors, and others to get a detailed understanding of the process, business model and operations model.

Skills:

  • You Should have great communication abilities with good knowledge of English language (both oral and written) - Daily communication in English. Good Knowledge of the Czech language is welcome.
  • If you have knowledge of Lean Six Sigma green belt is an advantage, but not our requirement.
  • You must have a CZ/EU permanent residence, or a Czech work permit visa.
  • Must be detailed oriented, hardworking and a perfectionist.
  • Should have knowledge of process management related tools and at least some of the methods/techniques used to optimize processes
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities and technical knowledge of the process to deal with any kind of breakdowns.
  • Good organizational and resource management skills.
  • Should be able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent knowledge of computer fundaments, MS Office, MS Projects, JIRA or similar WorkFlow tool and other process-related systems
  • You must be able to obtain, analyze and evaluate a variety of information; organize, interpret and present it in meaningful oral or written form for varied audiences and provide solid analysis leading to sound decision-making.
  • Decision making – understands how and when to make a choice, how and when to escalate issues to higher levels.
