What will your role be?

• You will design and develop process flow charts, process describing documents, operation models and supporting workflows in JIRA or other WorkFlow tools
• Transition and onboarding project management and handover to the pre-prepared org structure
• Proactive communication to manager in case of any development that could lead to issues with successful projects delivery
• Your responsibility will be design of the reporting structure and operational/business reports
• You will interact with top management, co-workers, superiors, and others to get a detailed understanding of the process, business model and operations model
• Understanding how the process or current operation works, what are the resources required in the process, duration of the process and what is the outcome of the process is essential
• Deep dive into each aspect of the process to identify problems or errors. Undertake data gathering and root cause analysis exercises
• Monitor the process at every stage
• You will check if any process improvement exercise could be undertaken to save costs and resources and improve the quality of the output
• Find and suggest alternative or new processes that could replace the existing one
• Maintain/update proper documentation related to the process
• Proactive communication to manager in case of any development that could lead to issues with successful projects delivery

What‘s important to know and have?

• You should have great communication abilities with good knowledge of English language (both oral and written)
• You must be detailed oriented, hardworking and a perfectionist
• You should have knowledge of process management related tools and at least some of the methods/techniques used to optimize processes
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities and good organizational skills are essential
• We are looking for someone, who has technical knowledge of the process to deal with any kind of breakdowns
• You should be able to work with minimum supervision
• Be able to work under pressure and manage strict deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of computer fundaments, MS Office, MS Projects, JIRA or similar WorkFlow tool and other process related systems is a big plus
• Excellent interpersonal and team work skills and a high degree of computer literacy
• Decision making – understands how and when to make a choice, how and when to escalate issues to higher levels
• Lean Six Sigma green belt is advantage, but not a requirement
